Wellness/ Performance Coaching

Performance Coaching

$135, 55 minutes, 1:1, in person or virtual

$250 package, 55 minute 1:1 session + monthly programming (via Training Peaks or email)

Jen works alongside you (and any other coaches) to provide movement based phases in combination with your performance goals. She pays careful attention to where you are in your athletic season to provide structure for: mobility, strength, explosive power, power transfer, movement dysfunction correction and tapering.

  • Virtual programming is offered as requested.

Wellness/ Injury Prevention

55 minutes, 1:1

$135

Each session we will review strengths and address any weaknesses. Exercises and movements guided to address limitations with function or performance. This was created because past patients have enjoyed working with Jen and want to address other issues that do not require physical therapy, but would still benefit from that level of expertise. Others seek personal training, but have a complicated medical history or structural abnormalities that would benefit from more attention to detail.

Feet and Shoe Orthotics

15-30 minute add on service if needed

$110 (cost of insoles) + time

Jen has a special niche with feet and toes since they are the foundation for all movement and propulsion.

This service includes an evaluation of your feet and recommendation for semi-custom foot orthoses (shoe inserts) if they would benefit. You can typically leave with insoles the same day. The insoles will be custom molded to your foot. She will make recommendations for shoe wear or any additional tools as needed.

“Last night was the most pain free night in my knee in years... it was amazing. Today, I cut the grass, I haven’t been limping and I almost forgot I ever had pain. I appreciate you so much. You are correct, it is about building strength in my legs. Thank you.”

“I am most thankful for you remediating my foot issue. A year ago, I could hardly walk and pedaling was a pain.”
