About Jen Schook, MPT

Jen is an active health and wellness advocate. She is a life-long athlete and excelled in competition until a chronic illness sidelined her.

With over 15 years in practice as a licensed physical therapist, Jen’s commitment to sports medicine is evident. She served as a volunteer medical provider for Team USA Paralympic and Olympic athletes. She is certified in bike fitting and loves providing performance coaching to athletes. She trains how to correct dysfunctional movement patterns, utilize heart rate variability (HRV) for training and recovery, maximize strength and transfer power into their sport. Jen attended college on a D2 swimming scholarship. She found cycling criterium and road racing in the women’s Pro/1/2 field after graduate school.

Jen is extremely passionate about solving health mysteries and puzzles. Patients routinely seek her out regarding inflammatory responses in the body which pertain to chronic illness and pain. She has taken masterclasses and summits to focus on addressing symptoms and diagnoses not widely recognized by the western medical community (toxic mold, heavy metal, lyme, long haul, co-infections). She loves helping clients feel their best (reducing fibromyalgia flares, reducing food sensitivities, improving sleep, strength and function).

Sidelined from competition due to a biotoxin exposure, Jen is motivated to share her knowledge, experience and resources with others. She hopes sharing her journey may help someone else with their own.
